can I order a Potty Poncho™? What forms of payment can I use to purchase a Potty Poncho? Checks, money orders, Visa and MasterCard are accepted forms of payment. CODs are not accepted. Do not send cash. Checks and Money Orders are made payable to Kris & Company, LLC. <<back How long will it take to receive my order? Once your order is received, your Potty Poncho will ship within 1-3 business days. See the estimated times in the table below to determine your estimated delivery date. You will be notified by email when your Potty Poncho is shipped. Orders taken Friday – Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. <<back There are three shipping options. Due to weight guidelines, ground is not available for orders of more than one Potty Poncho. What is the return policy for the Potty Poncho? Due to the nature of the product, the Potty Poncho cannot be returned once purchased, unless the Potty Poncho has a manufacturing defect. If you feel your Potty Poncho has a defect, you must contact the company and returns@pottyponcho.com. Once a defect has been determined you will be given a RMA# and you have 10 days to return the product from the date the RMA# was recieved. A receipt must accompany all returned goods. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back. Upon receipt, you will be refunded the purchase amount plus any applicable tax. Shipping will not be refunded. We realized that even adults and older children face the same 'germy' issues as a child when it comes to using a dirty public restroom. So we designed a Potty Poncho specifically for adults and older children that has a larger center opening however, it does not have the large drape on the sides the same as a the child Potty Poncho. It is made of the same material so the care and cleaning are exactly the same the child version. <<back Do I really need a Potty Poncho Absolutely! Just think of all the times you have gone to a restroom in a gas station, restaurant, mall, on an airplane, or you have been at an outdoor event and all they have is a port-a-potty. More than likely, you turned around and left because it was so disgusting, unfortunately kids can't hold it long enough to find a cleaner restroom, so your only choice is to use the disgusting restroom.
